The second step of a billing management is relative to subscriptions. At this stage, we no longer deal with events but with subscriptions which will be processed in batches.

The different layers are not invoked at the same pace :

• Once consolidated, the events are rated right away as they are made available.

• The Billing and Taxing activities are performed in cycles usually on a monthly basis.
